TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PRICE LIST 2011
Cheque to be returned with completed booking form for Caravan or Tent
For the total amount due for the pitch do not include payment for additional cars.
Uncompleted forms will be returned please include self-addressed envelope for your passes to be returned to you.

On receipt of your fully completed form all parts filled in accurate ages of your party ID will be required when checking in for over 18’s wristbands. Total number in party and correct berth capacity’s: Following your subsequent cheque clearance. We will issue you with your vehicle pass
This is confirmation of your booking.
We strongly recommend you keep a copy of your booking in form.
If a cancellation is made prior to 19th June 2010 we will refund seventy five per cent of the amount received. After 19th June 2010 and before the 1st July 2010 we will refund twenty five per cent of total amount received. Please note there will be no refund after the 1st July 2010.
All cancellations must be received in writing or there will be no refund.

Caravans
£170.00 is the minimum caravan charge and covers any five nights.NO CHARGE FOR AWNING
Please note under our site licence no one can Sleep in the awning.
We do not accept caravans over Six (6) berth capacity.
Tents
£120.00 is the minimum tent charge and covers any five nights£140.00 is the minimum 4 berth tent charge
£160.00 is the minimum 6 berth tent charge
£180.00 is the minimum 8 berth tent charge
We will not accept bookings for any tents above 8 berth
Please note: The Caravan/Tent site will be open from the 13th July 2010
There will be a charge of £10.00 per night for any additional nights that a caravan or tent is on site whether occupied or not
Please enclose a self-addressed envelope for your pass to be returned to you.
Additional cars: Term of payment is cash on arrival
£20.00 per additional car for duration of show.
Please request additional car forms when returning your cheque, or in writing at least 21days prior to arrival. Enclose envelope for your reply.
Complete Additional Car form but do not post it back to us!!!!!!!!!.
This form will grant you access to the site during office hours only.
We do not allow or accept swapping of any passes.
If you have a vehicle just delivering your caravan that will only be on site for 2hrs whilst positioning your caravan etc, please inform us in writing when you are booking and we will send you a temporary pass for this vehicle: following delivery and subsequent departure, this vehicle will be unable to return to the site until after 5pm on Thursday 21st of July 2011 there will be no charge for this temporary pass
On arrival if you have a vehicle pass check in at office and collect your bracelets. Whichever site you are on there will be different colour bracelets for issued under 18 and over 18 Id will be requested for anyone requesting an over 18 bracelet. If you have an additional car form check in at office and pay cash you will then be issued with a vehicle pass and bracelets.
Please observe Office hours! When planning your journey allow for delays. Security will check vehicles on gates and deny entry outside of office hours to anyone who does not present the car passes and relevant bracelets together.
PEDESTRIAN VISITORS: Terms of payment Cash and rules
£5.00 Per person per day Entry is permitted between 08.30hrs and 20.00hrs.
All day visitors must leave by 1230hrs no overnight staying.
Day visitor bracelets are a different colour to anyone residing on site
different coloured bracelets will be issued each day.
OFFICE HOURS
Wednesday the 13th and Thursday 14th July 2011 9am to 7pm
Friday the 15th July 9am to 8pm
Saturday 16th July 8am to 9pm
Sunday 17th 8am to 9pm
Monday 18th Tues 19th Wed 20th 8.30am to 8pm
Thursday 22rd 8.30am to 4pm
These hours will be adhered we will not open office outside of office hours!
If there is an emergency outside of office hours then please contact Security at exterior gates or staff at main bar.
If you have friend or family arriving outside Office hours then you can pick up their
vehicle passes and bracelets prior to office closing providing that their pass is paid for
and you have ID for the persons concerned if they are in the 18 to 25 age group.
