Rules of Penmaenau Events Ltd Caravan/ Tent Site RWAS WEEK 2011
- On arrival collect wristbands from Office they must be worn at all times there will be no re-admittance to site without a wristband. There are different coloured wristbands for different areas of site and different colours for under 18s.
- We do not allow teenagers under the age of 18 years to stay at Penmaenau without parental supervision in the family Area. We do allow 17yr olds to stay in the young persons area if The parent or guardian is residing at Penmaenau in the Family area.
- Proof of age will be required when collecting your over 18 wristbands whichever area you are staying in at Penmaenau.
- You will not be allowed entry to site outside of office hours via a vehicle if you do not have vehicle passes and relevant wristbands. Pedestrians must also have their correct wristbands.
- In the event of an emergency please contact security on external gates or members of staff at office during office hours or at main bar outside office hours.
- No vehicular access or egress except in an emergency between 11.30pm and 8am Cars must remain by relevant caravan /tent during day or night except for access or egress or in the event of an emergency. They must not be parked in unallocated spaces as they could become a fire hazard and may obstruct an emergency vehicle.
- Fire Points must not be obstructed: in the event of a fire please alert fellow campers via whistles at fire point also ring fire brigade.
- Please ensure that you have a working fire extinguisher in your caravan or tent.
- Please ensure that you adhere to the recommended berth capacity of your caravan /Tent. Sleeping in an awning is a breach of regulations stipulated in our Licence.
- The correct pass must be displayed at all times on the windscreen of your vehicle.
- Maximum of 2 cars in total per pitch per night allowed on site additional cars are not guaranteed to be parked by caravan or tent that they are joining.
- Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave at any time!
- Refunds can only be granted at the discretion of the management!
- No overnight sleeping in cars!
- Drunk and disorderly behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the site.
- No generators to be running between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Any Noise nuisance that is disruptive to fellow campers will not be tolerated.
- You are only allowed to bring alcohol onto this site if you are over 18 years of age and it is for your own consumption excessive amounts noted in vehicles or in your possession may be confiscated and returned to you on your departure.
- Alcohol brought to site is to remain purely in the confines of your pitch.
- Any under 18s seen consuming alcohol on this site will have the alcohol confiscated and they maybe removed from site.
- IT IS A SERIOUS OFFENCE TO PROVIDE UNDER 18’s WITH ALCOHOL and may result in prosecution
- There are rubbish bins on site. Please ensure that your pitch is kept clean and tidy and that specifically on your departure all rubbish has been picked.
- No campfires to be lit directly on the ground. You may use barbeques trays et., subject to weather, once lit do not leave barbeque unattended it is your responsibility.
There will be no barbeques if the weather is very dry due to fire hazard.
- No dogs without prior written consent from management
